Non-US users pay zero commission*, but each order still carries a platform fee: ≤$340 ~$0.34, >$340 ~0.1% (per current official terms; promotions may apply). ADR fees, dividend withholding tax and others may also apply. The fee weighs more on small orders, so splitting into frequent small orders is not worth it.
