Pen name, plainly stated
This site is maintained by one person under a pen name. It's the teaching notes I put together after walking through "how an overseas-Chinese reader buys US stocks on Binance" from start to finish. I'm not a licensed adviser, and I'm not an official channel for Binance or any broker. The "editorial team" is just a writing voice, not a stand-in for some institution. I won't invent credentials or pretend to be an expert — helping beginners avoid a few pitfalls is the whole point of the site.
Data policy
Details that change over time — fees, the fractional-share minimum, the available universe, market holidays — always go by the current official pages, with the verification date noted (this batch: 2026-06-30). If you spot something stale or wrong, please write in; I'll correct it and log it in the corrections record.
