Pen name, plainly stated
This site is maintained by one person under a pen name. It's the teaching notes I put together after walking through "how an overseas-Chinese reader buys US stocks on Binance" from start to finish. I'm not a licensed adviser, and I'm not an official channel for Binance or any broker. Everything here is written by that same person, not by a team standing in for some institution. I won't invent credentials or pretend to be an expert — helping beginners avoid a few pitfalls is the whole point of the site.
Data policy
Details that change over time — fees, the fractional-share minimum, the available universe, market holidays — always go by the current official pages, with the verification date noted. If you spot something stale or wrong, please write in; I'll correct it and log it in the corrections record.
No custody of funds, no trading on your behalf
This site only publishes articles. It opens no accounts, takes no payments, holds no one's money or coins, and never places orders for anyone. Anyone contacting you in this site's name asking for a transfer, a private key or a seed phrase, or offering to manage your money, is an impostor — report them. Registration, deposits and orders all happen through the platform's own official entry points, and a deposit page should only ever be on an official domain.
